Our production managers strive to provide a smooth, fuss-free experience throughout the manufacturing processes. Within our own factory, it's easy to communicate and keep to agreed timelines, while other manufacturers that we work with have proven their efficiency and reliability. After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork and the down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks.

Our apparel manufacturing services include embroidery, printing, dyeing, and pre-production steps like minimising shrinkage and dye bleeding through fabric washing before construction.
Types of printing available include screen, 3D, direct-to-garment, sublimation, and heat press. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) averages at 100 pieces per design depending on the type of apparel. Knitwear starts at 50 pieces per size, and jackets and coats have a MOQ of 200 pieces. Quantity may differ due to the wholesale price of the fabric. Unit prices will change according to the quantity requested.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
On top of our in-house quality checks, we also work with an external company to do a second round of inspections before neatly ironing and packaging the final product to be shipped to you.
